The roster is unitedstates/congress-legislators (CC0): every sitting member, their seat, Washington office and phone, the bioguide and FEC ids the joins run on. No name matching anywhere — a member is joined to their money by FEC candidate id only.

An edge is one (committee, cycle, kind) row compiled from the FEC bulk files for the 2024 and 2026 cycles. The kinds: …. Corporate treasuries cannot give to federal candidates; a “connected-org PAC” is a company’s separate segregated fund, which is what the law allows and what these rows are.

Signs are the FEC’s. A refund is filed as a negative entry; a member whose campaign returned more than it took in from a committee nets below zero and is shown that way, with the word refund.

Not here: individual donors, party committees, leadership PAC transfers, dark money. Zero edges means zero edges of these kinds, never zero money.
