The cycle phase shown on every contest is computed from the election date and how well that date is known. The corpus carries its own status column; it disagrees with the derived phase on 20 of the 61 contests across all twenty-two countries, so it is carried through but never read.

Money rows and result rows are held off the site at their full grain: the staged corpus is 156 MB. What is published here is the aggregate computed once at build time, and every aggregate states the number of rows it stands for.

- Portal labels the reuse scope as public work with source attribution (`공공저작물 출처표시`).

- The official site exposed a publication/search workflow and press-release attachment layer, but no keyless, stable machine-readable donor-flow endpoint was verified. `money-edges.csv` is therefore header-only. No KRW amounts were inferred.
- Political Funds Act access/use restrictions must be legally reviewed before republishing individual contribution records.

## Provenance
- People: official National Assembly search, `person_id=monaCd`; no fuzzy matching.
- Results: **2024**, official NEC `제22대 국회의원선거 개표결과.xlsx`, not CLEA 2012. This closes the known CLEA recency gap.
- Money: empty. The NEC layer found was not a verified keyless donor-flow endpoint, and political-funds reuse restrictions require legal review. Currency would be KRW as filed if a lawful machine-readable feed is later added.
- Polling: copyrighted Gallup Korea and Realmeter published party-support toplines. Newsis flags resale/DB use prohibited.

## Date and gaps
`2028-04-12` is marked `constitutional_due`, not `confirmed_official`. No WAF block affected the official roster or result workbook.

## Repair note — 2026-09-03
- Added 26 option rows from four published party-support polls: Gallup Korea (2026-08-11–13) and NBS consortium waves (2026-07-27–29, 2026-08-10–12, 2026-08-24–26). Existing Gallup Korea and Realmeter rows were preserved. Final polling layer is copyrighted published toplines; cited pages do not grant republication/database rights.
